You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
2. User Data
Our Service allows you to store and manage patient information ("User Data"). You are solely responsible for your User Data and any consequences of storing it on the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all the necessary rights, consents, and permissions to collect, store, and process User Data in compliance with all applicable laws, including healthcare data privacy laws (such as HIPAA, if applicable in your jurisdiction).
We do not claim ownership of your User Data. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and transmit User Data as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- To store or transmit any data that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Medly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
